Employees / Create new Applicant
To create a new Applicant select the Create New Applicant from Quick Tasks on the Welcome screen or from the Employees sub menu of the main menu.
First identify the Applicant by it's Social Security Number. If the information about the person is found in the Med-Stop system you will be able to retrieve this information, validate it and save it as your company's new applicant.
If the Social Security number does not match any SSN stored in Med-Stop system you will have to provide all Applicant information.
You can create the Applicant not providing the Social Security Number. In this case you always have to input all required details of the Applicant.
In the next step please determine the Applicant DOT status, category and Application date. For Drivers you need to input the Commericla Driver's License number, state and expiration date.
