Company Setup / Company communication setup
It is very important to keep your company phone, fax numbers and e-mails up to date in Med-Stop. They are used in various reports, forms and to maintain the communication between Med-Stop and your company.
To update all messaging information please select from the main Med-Stop menu: Company / Company Communication Setup. The new window opens, showing your current phone, fax numbers as well as e-mails. You can update all this information if necessary.
In the next steps, you should also review all your company Contact phone and fax numbers, e-mails.
All drug test results certified by the MRO are faxed to the company Secured fax number. It is extremally important to keep this fax number operational and fully secured.
Med-Stop can notify you about various events related to the testing process. Currently, you can set up the following notifications:
When the test is performed in the Med-Stop Test Site and the employee identifies your company as his/her employer the information about this person is assigned to your account as the new applicant. It is very important to review this information, verify the applicant validity.
You can be notified just after your company employee completes the test in one of the Med-Stop test sites. This will not include any test specific information - to retrieve the test details you would have to log in to Med-Stop.
When the MRO approves the final drug test result for one of the employees of your company, Med-Stop can notify you about this fact. To get the drug test result you should log in to Med-Stop.
The company DER is obligated to review any collection site refusals. You should be contacted by the collector, but to make the communication as fast and reliable as possible you can set up the Med-Stop Test Site refusal to test notification.
If the employee is using your company pre-paid Med-Stop credit to get the service in one of the Med-Stop Test Sites, you get the notification and the service receipt.
All other important Med-Stop alerts can be delivered to your phone, e-mail or fax with no need to check Med-Stop application.
