To Retrieve Employee Test Information and Forms:

1. For recent tests - up to 30 days old you can find the link to the test information on the Welcome statistics screen.

2. For every employee, in the employee details window select History option from the top menu and click on the test record to open the Test details window.

3. Select from the main menu the Employees sub menu and then click on the Tests list. You can specify the search parameters on the left side of the screen and retrieve the specific list of tests. Click on the list to Test details and forms.
