Selected Med-Stop Location does not accept web registrations at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Med-Stop Service Registration can only be performed in the Location working hours.
Med-Stop Service Registration form can only be used for the specific Med-Stop Location - please scan the QR code displayed in the location.

Specified Drug Test Reason requires the Observed specimen collection.
For observed drug test collection, we have to make sure that the same-gender observer is available. We will notify you what is the availability of the observer.

If you wish to receive the Med-Stop registration code and then to be notified about the incoming service, please provide the phone number or e-mail address. We will send you a message with the registration details, and then, when it will be your turn, the notification.

After the registration, you will receive the unique Med-Stop Registration code. Please wait for the code to be displayed in the waiting room, then enter the collection office.
We will send you the text message with the Med-Stop Registration code, and notify you when you should be ready for your Med-Stop service.
The e-mail message with Med-Stop Registration code, detailed instructions will be send to the provided e-mail address, we also will notify you when it is your turn for a Med-Stop service.
