STARTING AT $20.00 PER MONTH

Price of this service is based on average number of registered employees. Monthly bill is calculated on the bases of your actual active employees registered in Med-Stop Access for Employers service. You will get 30 days for free to make sure this system meets all your requirements. After 30 day trial period pay $ 2.00 per month per employee.

Following functions are included in our Advanced Access:

• all functions included in our Basic Level
• scan and store documents of any size in electronic files of your employees
• attach test results received from other than Med-Stop facilities to your employee files
• record accident information
• customize training requirements for your employees
• record and track training of your employees
• customize reports and documents with your company logo
• import and export company data
• create multiple company branches
• assign different security levels of access to your management staff

Urine Drug Collection DOT and non DOT service

$60.00

Price includes collection at Med-Stop Testing Center, laboratory processing and MRO review. This is an express service that will deliver the test results to you in the fastest time possible. In most cases test results are available next business day before 10 AM.

Breath Alcohol Test DOT and non DOT service

Selected Med-Stop Testing Centers staffed with certified Breath Alcohol Technicians provide Evidential Breath Alcohol Testing service. Results available immediately following completion of the test.

Selected Med-Stop Testing Centers staffed with Medical Doctors conduct Medical Evaluations for Drivers known as DOT physicals. Results available online immediately following completion of the Exam.

$10 PER DOCUMENT

Document Reprint available online, in selected Med-Stop Testing Centers and through our toll free Phone Help Desk. The document can be faxed directly to the future Employers.
